“Understanding of all the dynamics that contribute to deliver hard landscaping materials to the relevant design specification and to respect the demands of the project and the parties involved in the production and logistics processes.”
Hardscape understand the dynamic interaction of all the contributors to the delivery of a project specifically the client teams, designers of all disciplines, engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers and the contractor personnel having had many years experience of working integrally on commercial and Governmental contracts including via tender and audit processes.
The logistical operations investment that Hardscape have made and continue to make serves to enhance competence, maximize sustainability and reduce cost. Their dedicated storage and warehousing facilities in the Midlands added to contracted-in facilities enhances flexibility and therefore efficiency in supplying material in large and small quantities using trusted shipping and haulage delivery lines to UK and Ireland destinations including local council depots and direct to site construction.
In-house teams of professional operatives at Hardscape’s Midlands base also are on hand to correct and repair paving materials and accessories on-site for additional added value post-delivery completion of contracts. At the same location Hardscape have developed new in-house techniques to create their ‘Artscape’ works using waterjet and etching processes to add further value to a finished project.
Hardscape are proud of their Sales Managers who have experience of after sales care, including a Group cleaning and maintenance service all backed by a Technical team to manage and process relevant live project queries.
Hardscape’s ultimate aim in all of this is to ensure they deliver a high quality service and product range whilst remaining committed to sound environmental performance of all their operating activities and locations.
