Natalie Harthern
HR Development and Facilities Manager

Natalie joined Hardscape in December 2007 as a Project Co-ordinator having previously worked in sales and recruitment. Having studied at Northumbria University Natalie graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Business Management (with Spanish) having also lived in Spain and studied at Granada University.

In March 2011 she was promoted to Logistics Manager overseeing a team of co-ordinators handling Hardscape’s day to day global shipping and haulage consignments. In July 2014 Natalie became the Group’s General Manager and subsequently joined the Senior Management team in February 2016. In May 2018 Natalie became our HR Development and Facilities Manager.

Natalie loves to socialise and rumour has it she has ‘Regal’ blood with ancestry dating back to Prussian royalty!
