Stockscape worked closely with award-winning architects Shed KM in the supply of Kilkenny Irish Blue Limestone to this stunningly modern project. The house sits at the top of Caldy Hill, Wirral, within the Caldy Conservation Area. It has spectacular views across the Dee Estuary and Welsh mountains.
The house is uncompromisingly modern and striking in form, with
it’s linear plan form reducing the visible mass of the building against the skyline.
Kilkenny Irish Blue Limestone was chosen to blend the landscape further with the skyline and extend the living space outdoors for a seamless junction between the interior and exterior.
