The project at the University’s Clifton campus is a combination of modern student facilities and exceptional teaching accommodations. The redevelopment includes the dramatic Pavilion, providing two levels of social study space, enclosed learning spaces, pods and collaborative booths and a barista.

NCC 31 HDRA colonnade links Pavilion with the fantastic new teaching and learning building, and a new plaza completes the development featuring attractive planting and seating areas with Hardscape supplying Kellen Lavaro Wit and Grijs paving and Neland Rosa clay pavers to the scheme working with Re-Form Landscape Architecture and paving contractors D J Swallow Ltd. The buildings opened on Monday 21 September 2015.
