New Construction

Initial deep clean following construction, this would include the removal of excess grout, tyre marks, oil stains and other spillages created during the build.

Rates can vary based on the level of the cleaning required, this would be verified by a site survey.

Impregnating

The deep cleansing of the paving is essential prior to the paving being Impregnated, we would always advise if the client is not sure about this process then a trial area be carried out with a presentation on what to expect of the product. Trial areas can be carried out for a nominal charge (please ask tor details) depending on the size of the contract, this would be credited off the final price if we were to be awarded the contract.

The rates for Impregnating vary on the porosity of the stone/paving this would verify on the survey. Please contact us for a written quotation.

Maintenance Cleansing, Training and Consultancy

This really is dependent on the level of the cleaning being carried out by the Authority or owner following the hand over, we would advise that this service is reviewed prior to even committing to purchasing an impregnator or even deciding on what materials are used In the construction.

We can offer a full review of your client's current service and provide detailed advice In a written report of changes and training that would be required. Please contact us for a written quotation.

We would also advise following the handover that they receive a 1 day training course for up to 5 cleaning operative/supervisors on maintaining the impregnated stone paving, this would be inclusive machine settings, day to day requirements, gum removal and spillage response all carried out on-site.

Our rates for maintenance cleans can vary based on the above. Rates for sites below 1300 metres square would likely fall into the day/night rate dependent on the equipment and operatives required.
