This Lancashire Rose formed the centre piece to Victoria Square and was formed by cutting the granites shown using the waterjet cutting process. Interestingly enough the main granite is actually reclaimed from some previously dismantled fountains. The original was polished and we also as part of this contract got the granite flame textured to improve its slip resistance.
